What you are actually hearing
- The safety check is not the model's decision
- Gas, carbon monoxide, fire and uncontrolled flooding are matched in code before the request reaches a language model. The escalation script is fixed and the incident is logged. A model cannot be talked out of it, and a prompt change cannot remove it.
- It will not invent a price
- Push it as hard as you like. It has no pricing and will say so, then offer to get an engineer out to give you an exact figure.
- It never claims to be human
- Ask it directly and it tells you it is an AI answering for the business.
- Bookings are real writes, not chat
- When it books, it calls the same availability and booking path the website booking widget uses. It does not tell you a slot is confirmed until the diary says it is.
This demonstration answers as a heating and plumbing firm. On a live account the business name, service area, opening hours and the jobs it does and does not take are configured per client. Your microphone audio is processed to run the call and is not recorded by us.
