What does setup cost, and how does the £500 audit credit work?
Standard setup is £495 for Get Found, £995 for the flagship Never Miss a Job, and £1,500 for Fully Booked. Founding clients pay half: £250, £495 and £750. Prefer no setup fee? Choose a 12-month term and we waive it.
The audit is optional. If you take it, the £500 is credited against your setup invoice when you proceed within 30 days, with any balance taken off your first month.
Why should we pay a monthly retainer instead of pay-per-lead or commission?
Because you already own your brand, your reputation, and your inbound leads. Paying an agency 10–20% commission on every booked boiler replacement penalises your success and costs you thousands of pounds every single month.
A pay-per-lead model also incentivises agencies to flood you with low-quality, out-of-area junk just to invoice you. Our flat retainer ensures our software and team focus purely on qualifying high-margin boiler installations and protecting your bottom line.
How many jobs do we need to recover each month to break even?
Just ONE.
On an average combi-boiler installation, typical contractor gross profit is £1,200 to £1,500. One extra boiler install (roughly £2,000–£3,500) pays for a whole year of Never Miss a Job at £197 a month.

Why are direct telephony and messaging costs billed separately?
Total transparency: raw provider costs (Twilio SMS/calls, OpenAI tokens) are billed at exact cost with 0% markup.
Typical monthly telephony is only £20–£45/month, and you never subsidise another contractor's volume.
What written guarantees do you provide before we pay?

Are we locked into a long contract, and can we cancel?

Do we need to change our existing phone number?
Never. Your phone number stays 100% yours. We connect via smart overflow forwarding behind your existing line — the system only steps in when your line is engaged, rings out, or out of hours.
Will it work with our CRM or job-management software (ServiceM8, Commusoft, Jobber)?
Yes. One standard CRM or job-management integration is included in Never Miss a Job and Fully Booked. Enquiries, notes and transcripts sync straight into your dispatch queue.
